Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I work for a church. If someone comes into the church and is causing a problem, what is the correct way for us to remove that person without them having legal recourse? Are we required to post a sign stating that you will be removed if you don't leave when asked?

My advice: request that the person or persons leave the premises immediately. Do not use force or contact unless the individual has assaulted others or is considered an imminent threat to persons or property. Inform the individual who doesn't immediately leave the premises that local law enforcement will be called. Then, call 911 is believed that the individual will not be cooperative. It is not necessary to post a sign. The intrusive person is a guest and not entitled to remain on the premises against your wishes.
