Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I work on a commission only basis. In order to obtain a large and lucrative contract is it illegal to offer a percentage of my commission to the organization to land that contract?
The organization is a, nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization.

Generally, no -- but it depends on the terms of your contract. If you have no contract, then it might get renegotiated.
