Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Work At Home Scams
I recently responded to a work at home job via the internet. I paid $ 10.00 for the ''training'' materials and all I received was basic instructions on how to do the same thing to other people. Post ads, request a fee & send them ''training'' materials. Is this actually a legal form of income? If I do this and receive money from people can they sue me later?

It sounds like a Ponzi scheme; you can find it on wikipedia.org. Please email me the details about the company and I will look into whether they are a good candidate for a class action. If so, then I would get back to you and ask if you want to be a plaintiff in it.
