written contract statue of limitation
the contract involves the sale of business in Florida, of which the buyer did not pay the amount agreed upon, as agreed. Wanted to know what the statue of limitations was in Florida regarding such a situation

4 years if the agreement was oral, 5 years if the agreement was in writing. In certain circumstances, there can be significant complications with delay, however.
