Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Last year I formed an S-Corp in Florida for consulting, but then immediately found a full time job and never commenced business with my S-Corp. I am no longer interested in pursuing the business, so what do I do now? Do I have to file taxes in March since I never conducted any business? What about the annual report? Do I dissolve?

If you derived any income through this corporation you will likely need to file a tax return. If you no longer wish to keep this business active you do not need to file an annual report and it will automatically be dissolved by the state of Florida.
