Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
2 felony charges for fraud
My wife has been charged with 2 felony charges for fraud. She and I are legally married but we are not together. She is being investigated by the state of florida for food stamps and day care. I was going to close on a house for her and the kids some time next week. Shes the cosigner on the home loan. Cause it doesnt make sense for her to pay rent while she can mortgage for the same price. My question is whats can happen to her from the state and should she even go through with this house i was going to close with her on

Re: 2 felony charges for fraud
I would not recommend buying a house with a wife who you are no longer with and who is facing felony charges. Bad idea.
