Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
1.) Does the state or local government has the right to put anyone under surveilence at their own discretion or will.?
2).Does that person has the right to know if their is some legal monitoring being conducted?
3).If the answer is yes to question one what redress does the individual has?

The Florida Constitution reads as follows:
SECTION 23. Right of privacy.--Every natural person has the right to be let alone and free from governmental intrusion into the person's private life except as otherwise provided herein. This section shall not be construed to limit the public's right of access to public records and meetings as provided by law.
