Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I have an 18 year old daughter need to move out...tough love. What are my rights?

Ask her to leave. You have no obligations (legally) to a 18 year old. Ethical obligations are another chapter and one that you have apparently struggled with in reaching this point.
