Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I'm a 15 year old girl dating a 17 year old boy, and he will be 18 in March. We have been dating for 10 months and are not sexually active, and don't plan to ever be unless we get married. Considering we will not be sexually active, can we still legally date when he turns 18?
