Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I have an aggravated battery with a deadly weapon charge on my record. The charge was judification withheld. Im trying to get it sealed or expunged. Please help me to get my situation taking care of.

If adjudication was withheld, you can honestly answer "no" to someone who asks whether you have been convicted of a crime.
