Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Thank you for answering my question by saying that if the judge lets me use it its ok. I guess my real question is did I break the law by doing this? The cameras are running 24 hrs a day pointing at doors.
I have video surveillance cameras in my living room. It is not posted anywhere that the cameras are in use. A sheriff deputy admitted to something he had done, and now denies he ever said it. The deputy does not know this video exsists.The video is clear and you can read his lips of the admission. If I get a professional / certified lip reader convert it to text. Can the video be used as evidence.
