Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

someone from my apt complex had my car towed. but my car was in its proper parking, is their anything i can do so i wont have too pay $124 for absolutly no reason,, what would my rights be in this case,, i live in broward county fl thank u :)

Find out who had it towed. The towing people have that information. Find out why it was towed. If for an impropert reason, the person that towed it is responsible for the cost.
