Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I was arrested for failure to appear X 2. Never received summons. The warrants are from 17 years ago for bad checks. Of course I have no proof that they were paid b/c it was 17 years ago. How do I prove that I never received summons and checks were paid? Any recourse?
