Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

need attorney to file appeal for florida civil rights case

have a case needs appealed, involving race discrimination and serveral conspiring entities dismissed by judge becaues his stock options were spoken of in connection with entity involved. concrete race discrimination case, were never granted counsel. pro se the entire time. case and common law researched as stated in summary judgement. please help!

You should have hired an attorney.

It is VERY difficult to get discrimination claims through the system, and people who tackle these pro se aren't doing themselves any favors.

You will have to now hire an appellate lawyer. I doubt you'll get anyone to do it pro bono, and contingency is pretty much out of the question, unless there's a plaintiff's law firm that has an axe to grind with the defendant.

Go to the local courthouse and see if the defendant has been sued before. Start with the plaintiff's lawyers on that case. They may have sufficient files built up to take the appeal on a reduced fee. All they can say is no.
