Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I was banned from Xbox Live for using a Quote from Hitler (Yes I know HE did kill people and was a really bad guy but WW2 is one of my favorite wars to study.) The quote was Mean or hurtful all it said was "Anyone can deal with victory Only the mighty can bear defeat." - Adolf Hitler. and their reason for my banning is "Quotes by Adolf Hitler are not acceptable profile content." but I don't see the big deal is over a Quote.
