Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Hello. My belonging in my storage unit were auctioned two days ago. The storage company had previously agreed to give me until this Monday to pay. Do I have any rights? I do not want all my children to lose everything they have.

If this was an auction under the statute that permits such and you received proper notice then you are probably out of luck. If they promised that they would not sell the materials and then did so, you may have a claim, but unless the promise was in writing, it would be difficult to prove.
