Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I borrowed some money from my ex-fiance three years ago before we were engaged, eventually we got engaged and had a child three years later after she broke off our engagement and we went our seperate ways she wants me to pay her the money back. At the time of the borrowing I was living in hawaii if that makes a difference. Do I still have to pay her this money?

Yes, you answererd your own question. "I borrowed some money." A loan does not turn into a gift under any circumstances.
