Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Someone had bought a car for me with and the title and registration are only under my name.Now due to personal issues the one who paid for the car is tring to take it back wich was not part of the agreement.Is the car legaly mine or can they steal it back from me?

If the title and registration are in your name, they could not legally take back the car. If you owe them money as part of an agreement, they may take you to court. Regards,
