Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

just bought a honda accord from dealership was told there was a new oil change done on the car when time to make first payment oil light came on brought it in to dealership while looking at the car we told him we know about the cars and what it was doing was not normal was then told if you know why didnt YOU fix it they claimed to fix the problem (seal was broken) but the very next day the problem occured again when i called them back they told me that if the engine locks thats not my problem when i got angry and told the it was the same problem they said f**k you and hung up on me there were THREE other people in the lot at the same time as me with problems with there car as well before having it more than a month and they wont help us or retun our money they loaned us a car to go four block away and that car broke down as well completly shut off and brakes locked in the middle of the road and when we told them they ignored us and put it back on the lot to be sold

You need to look at your sales contract for the car. Either the car was purchased "as is", in which case it is your problem, or it was purchased with a warranty, in which case it may be the car dealer's problem.
