buyer and seller
i recently put a down payment on a 1999 ford expedition, the agreement was written and then signed by both parties. every payment there after was initialed. one payment was missed and the seller decided to repo said vehicle and now wants to keep it. what can i do as a buyer to reclaim said vehicle?

The written agreement controls the rights. You can take the person to small claims, if he acted against the contract. If there was no right of repossession, then the court should have the car returned to you. In any event, contact local counsel to be sure.
