My husband is being sued,(real estate) I'm not a party to the lawsuit, but the plainiff has asked for me to d o deposition do i have to? what are my rights i do not want to do anything against my husband he is no guilt.

If you are subpoenaed to give testimony you are required to appear and testify. Your husband's lawyer will explain what is likely to be asked.
