It depends on what type of case you have and the amount involved/claimed, among other things. If you want to look into how to proceed on your own a good place to start would be the Marion County Clerk's Office, assuming that's the county where you want to file. Their website is http://www.marioncountyclerk.org. The court may provide forms on how to proceed on your own ("pro se"). I would advise you to consult with or hire an attorney, especially if this is not a small claims case ($5000 or less). Best of luck to you.
