Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
civil lawsuit
After 3 years of preparation for trail my attorney advised me 3 weeks before scheduled jury trail that he does not want to go to trail he wants me to settle out of court. What are my rights? My case is very stong nothing changed in the last 3 weeks except he states its because of our problems with the worlds economical situation. I'm confused and anger can you help?
