my civil rights
Being aksed to do a depositon, from the plainiff of a realestate lawsuit against my husband. I'm not party tothe lawsuit. DO i have to do the depostion? What are my florida law rights in this matter.

If subpoenaed, you are required to appear and answer questions. Your husband's lawyer will explain things for you.
