I was fired from my job because i was not old enough to be covered by the insuance yet my job hired me and didn't search on there part im 22 and the insurance states you be 23 they didn't offer any other type of empolyment even though im coming up quick on meeting the age do i have a right to sue

Unless you are covered by a collective bargaining agreement, or an employment contract, you are simply an employee at will, and can be fired for any or no reason.
