Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I climbed over a huge mountain in my earlier years, though no excuse my low income enivroment left a multitude of illegal and morally wrong doors to open as a juvenile. I was aressted for resisting with non-violence served community service, i was adjudicated for possession of crack cocaine, and aressted for verbal assault. I was sentenced to a wilderness program and was told my record would be sealed if i completed the program. I completed the 45 day program all before i was 18. While there I rededicated my life to christ and havent been arrested or in handcuffs since and so my legal question is, can i purchase a handgun ?

A sealed record has nothing to do with the purchase of a handgun. The proper question is have you ever been adjudicated guilty on a felony. According to your post your only A/G was the possession of crack. Was it a misdemeanor or felony amount? If your only A/G are misdemeanors and there is no A/G for any domestic violence, you may still be eligible to purchase a firearms. Assuming it has been more than three years since you were last on probation or in a diversion program you may even be eligible for a CCW license.

Depends on whether you were convicted of a felony, i think.
