Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
If I am convicted of a crime and sentenced to serve time in prison and during my time in prison the crime that I commited becomes a legal activity do I stay in jail? ex. Get caught with large amount of marijuana and then it is legalized.

Yes, you stay in jail. It was a crime then, so you do the time.
