Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Can I say anything I want someone, such as a cop, aslong as I say "I think" before it... And in the instance of a cop, which would most likely be in public, as long as i made sure i didnt violate any disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace laws.

No. For instance, you cannot yell FIRE in a movie theater. (Nor could you yell it if you said "I think" before. Also, you cannot give a false name to police officers, you will be immediately arrested.
