crushed toe

A 3'' thick; 3-5lbs display made of plexiglass fell on my toe in Macy's. Should I try for a lawsuit or settle?

It depends on, among other things, how it fell, why it fell, whether it hurt you, how it hurt you, whether you still have an injury, whether you are going to or have gotten better, the past and future cost of your medical care, you past and expected future loss of income, where the incident ocurred and how much they have offered you.
