Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

my daughter, 20 years old student and part time worker at cleaners for the past 3 months had a argument with a 25 year old daughter of a building owner. this building owner rents a space of the building to the cleaner. the daughter of the building owner shows the face book argument with her building owner. he writes to my daughter's boyfriend that he is going to get my daughter fired from the cleaner and have her car towed off his property for trespassing. he did have the car towed from the place while she was working with no notice $150.00 and got her employer involved. ended up the employer is transferring her to another location that is farther away and will cost my daughter more in transportation and time to get to work. my daughter is trying to live out on her own and this man is taking a fight between two girls and using the law maliciously. appreciate any advise and if you have any questions please write. i want to take to small claims

Your daughter is an "at will" employee. Her boss can change her work location or terminate her employment at any time and without notice. She may be able to take the building owner to small claims court for having her car towed, if it was parked legally in the lot, and was towed, solely out of revenge for his daughter's fight with your daughter. The building owner will have to come up with a good excuse when the court asks him why the car was towed.
