Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I went away to my dear sick sister in Tennissee for a week she have breast cancer.

When I came home I was threatning by the association president,because my dog

barked while I went away.The dog missed me so much.I have a inclosure pattio the dog open the sliding door and went in the pattio but not outside the grounds.

Tonight I went to a birthday dinner and when I came home I found a notice from the Animal Control.Now I have to see the Oseola County Animal Control within 3 days

abot this matter. I have the dog for almost 4 years and I did not have any problem

with my dog.Everyone Love my dog he is good with people and all other annimals.

I ' am a retired person and my dog is my best friend. He is not agrassive he is so

gentle..Were ever I go people say that I have a very good dog.and that is a com-

plement that I always get from people.All I want is that the president stop harrassing me,why did he not complain all these years but now?

Please help me to resolve this situation Can I sue the president for harrassing me? I am wating for your reply Thank you.

I don't know what your association rules are based on what you have written here. But you left your dog at home alone for a week! I'm sure he was screaming his head off in your absence.
