What is the definition of attempted fraud and how do you prove it?

Fraud requires misrepresentation
and knowlege of the misrepresentation and intent to misrepresent on the part of the wrongdoer.
The wrongdoer must know that the victim will rely on the misrepresentation.
It requires reliance that is reasonable on the part of the victim.
It requires damages that are a proximate result of the fraud.
You will need evidence, either testimony, documents, photos, or whatever you have to
show these elements.
