Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I am a diabled widow with no income and recieved a small onetime settlement from my disablity so I paid 4 months rent at a campground to possibly hold until I could get assistents When I was robbed 5 times in 3 weeks.I went to the manager of the park and they refused to do anything to help protect me and my service animal so by the order of the Marion Co.Police department for my own safty I should move so I did so to a friends.The officer told the park to return my advance rent to me.Thay have not complyed.What I need to know is there a statue of limatation to file a small claims case?This took place Nov.6,2009.
