Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Direct TV
My mom Had a direct tv Account. I was not in the account. But I use to pay for her bill from time to time. well I guess she closed the account. and owed money.. So Direct tv Took it out of my bank account.. Can they do that?

Not if you were on the account. They probably don't realize that because you were paying the bills so they assumed that you were the account holder. Give them a call.
