Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I need help im on dissability an had a back surgery in april and june was arrested for a dui and fell in the county jail and reinjured my back an they did not address my issue when i was released i went to my doctor an she set me for mri now i went to doctor yesterday and i got to have back surgery again i have alot of evidence against the jail and wittnesses please help

See a lawyer, but the jail is not liable just because you fell. There must be some negligence on their part.
