divorce entitlement
how many years of marrige should I have in order to be entitled or receive my part of my husband's retirement upon divorce?. I was told it has to be 10 years but I am not sure. also uder that same question, am I entitled to anything at all?

Re: divorce entitlement
After 10 years of marriage you are entitled to that portion of your spouse's retirement as a percent of his total retirement. If he has 20 years towards retirement, for example, you are entitled to one half. If he has 30 years, you are entitled to one third, and so forth.
