Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Double jeopardy
Once a charge has been dismissed by the judge, then two days later the judge places a $5000 bond on the case, then sentences you to a jail sentence. That would be considered double jeopardy correct?

Re: Double jeopardy
Your questoipn really does not make much sense. If the case has been dismissed, then there is no case to put a bond on or a case to sentence you on.
