Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I was dropped off in front of my school by my girlfriend. After I exited the vehicle an officer who had been behind us put on his lights and refused to let her move further. I went to my class to drop off my books then walked back to the car where I found him in the process of running her id and insurance. I approached him and asked what the problem seemed to be and he told me that I could ask her later. He gave her a ticket and told her he wasnt going to but her boyfriend (me) was giving her an attitude. I started walking to my class and as I did I flicked him off. He got out the car and started running me down. I went into my class and he followed me in. When he saw 120 students staring at him he left me alone. He acted a thug more than an upholder of justice and I want to file a complaint.

You flicked him off. Your credibility for the complaint will not be good. Forget about it.
