Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Equal rights
In the workplace: No one is allowed to wear a hat. A male employee wears a hat and when approched, the boss tells him no one is allowed to wear a hat. The male employee tells the boss (a female) that the female secretary wears one. The boss after being angered, states that females are allowed to wear hats but not men. Is this ok or is it a equal rights violation?

Re: Equal rights
It may be improper, but I don't think it's worth a lawsuit. A union issue, perhaps.
