Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
This evening I attened a board meeting to which I am a board member, During the meeting a member started vidio taping certain people speaking then taped all in the room. I was never informed that there would be a vidio tape . Or did I ever give my permision to be vidio taped. I found it very wrong to not let people in the room they were being taped. My question is isn't it against the privacy act to tape someone with out thier knowledge?

If you saw it, it was with your knowledge. You can't record conversations without consent, however.
