my ex-boyfriend bought me a car now we are broken up he wont give it to me. i have a signed paper stating it was giving to me as a gift and the bill of sale. what do i do?

If you can prove that it was a "no strings attached" gift, then you can sue him for possession of the car. If the car was and still is in his name only, you are going to have a hard time proving it was intended as a gift.
