excessive /deadly use of force by govt.agents
is there a filimg dead line to give the government notice that you intend to file suit. incident date june 14 2007. who do you sue all gov. agencies involved or just the government in general.

It depends on the agency that used excessive force and whether it was state or federal. These are extremely difficult cases to pursue and nearly impossible to do so without a lawyer. See a lawyer right away.
