Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
false arrest unlawful imprisonment
I was arrested on my own injunction for protection, while I was listed for exculsive use of my property. The injunction was countered by the defendant, but I was arrested w/o service. Do I have a case?

Re: false arrest unlawful imprisonment
I would need to see the arrest documentation, the injunction, the disposition paperwork (i.e., what happened top the arrest), the basis for the arrest, and know more about the specific damages suffered.
