falsify atrrest report
If I can be arrested for making a false report with the police which is punishable by $1,000 fine and/or a year in jail, then what happens when an officer file a false arrest report saying i made racial slures towards him and i tryed to sneak up behind him after he asked me to back away 3 times but a home audio/video surveillance camra cathes him making racial slures, me never sneaking up behind him and him damaging my proprty? Is criminally charged, Also is that Defamation?

Probably he would never be charged, but you could make an internal affairs complaint.
