Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
i had filed a civil law suit without an attorney against Lexon homes builders for not refunding my $25,000 down payment to purchase a pre construction single home
according to the contract if were denied a mortgage prior to building the house they
should refund the down payment back within thirty days. now i am at the final motion for final judgment, lexon prior attorney withdrew from representing them, because they did not pay his fees. the case is now pending, and do not know why the judge did not give a decision yet. i need to know what to do next. thank you

If there has been a trial or a final hearing you just have to wait for the judge to decide. If there has not been a trial, set it for trial.
