Can I be forced to comply to a certain type of drug testing if it violates religious practices?

What does your employer's drug testing policy say? What about your religion prohibits your from drug testing? You may want to speak with an employment law attorney about whether or not you should make a complaint of religious discrimination with Human Resources or the EEOC.
Also for more information on drug testing by employers, take a look at my employee rights blog, www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com. I just posted today about drug testing under Florida and Federal law.

While that seems very interesting, I suggest you visit the EEOC's website for information on what constitutes employment discrimination on the basis of religion. Many employers require drug testing and it is generally not illegal to do so. Regards,
