What does your employer's drug testing policy say? What about your religion prohibits your from drug testing? You may want to speak with an employment law attorney about whether or not you should make a complaint of religious discrimination with Human Resources or the EEOC.

Also for more information on drug testing by employers, take a look at my employee rights blog, www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com. I just posted today about drug testing under Florida and Federal law.
