i have been going through a

forfeiture case for the last 6months

without any responses so i finally

contacted the judge's j.a. and now i

see on the clerk of courts that they

have now filed a Motion for

Summary Judgment what does that

mean

A motion that ends the case by a finding that the other side wins and there is not even enough evidence in your favor to justify a trial.
