Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

Franchise Obligations

What legal obligation does a franchise have to train a new store owner. I own a store that specializes in custom closets. We have had 3 closet issues because the product failed due to weight issues. I have approached the corporate headquarters and to date their stand is my installers whould have known better and corrected the situation. However, they were trained by the supposed expert trainor from corporate who never addressed the issue we are having. Do I have any recourse because of this, and can I force them to compensate financially to repair the damage that has been done?

Re: Franchise Obligations

Look at your franchise agreement - hopefully it will address training as well as other issues.
