Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

A ex friend has a lot of things that belong too me. Very very long story short, how can I legally get those things back. I can't go to her house because thats breaking and entering. I just want my things back. The things add up. I want to press charges I want to do anything and everything I can. Help.

This is more than likely a civil matter, not a criminal matter. You demand in writing that the things returned to you. You be willing to go pick them up, and depending on the circumstances, be willing to pay the reasonable cost of storage. You can file an action in replevin. You either research it yourself, or you hire an attorney to help you.
